Please read carefully the following Terms of Use. By entering into and browsing the web pages of CANA Pharmaceutical Laboratories S.A.and by using these web pages (henceforth “Web Pages” and “CANA S.A.” or “We” respectively) you unreservedly agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any of the Terms of Use, please do not browse the Web Pages.
These Terms of Use are subject to change, we therefore recommend that you read them each time you visit the Web Pages.
CONTENT AND AVAILABILITY OF THE WEB PAGES: The Web Pages contain information about the activities, employees, trade partners and customers of CANA S.A., and the products it markets in Greece. We are under no obligation to maintain the Web Pages and may discontinue or modify them at any time. The Web Pages may not always be accessible due to changes or upgrades carried out on them.
SECURITY: Although we constantly check the integrity of the Web Pages, we do not provide any warranty or guarantee that they are free of any type of digital virus or other potentially harmful types of files. It is your responsibility as user to perform all the necessary checks and use appropriate systems of protection such as antivirus software, firewalls etc., in order to ensure that use and browsing of the Web Pages will not result in the infection of your computer (or other device you use to access the Web Pages) with such files. We shall not be liable for any damage caused by your access or denial of access to the Web Pages or as a result of the information they contain.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: The Web Pages are the product of CANA S.A. and their content is protected under the intellectual property rights laws in force. Use or reproduction of all the Web Pages or parts thereof is permitted only for private use and on condition that any accompanying indications signifying that the Web Pages are subject to intellectual property rights are not amended or deleted. Reproduction or any other use are prohibited without the prior written permission of CANA S.A. The modification, falsification, transmission and distribution of the Web Pages in part or whole is also prohibited.
INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY: All brand names contained in the Web Pages, the business names of CANA S.A. and its partners, trademarks, product photography, and all other textual or graphical features that serve to distinguish products, manufacturers and distributors, are protected by the industrial property rights laws in force, and their use without prior written permission is prohibited. The imitation or distortion in any way of the distinguishing features mentioned above is also prohibited.
INFORMATION PROVIDED BY USERS: Any information you provide other than personal data, including but not limited to comments, ideas, queries, data, know-how etc., is not considered confidential. We reserve the right to disclose, reproduce, use and distribute such information in part or whole for any purpose whatsoever. By contacting CANA S.A. via the Web Pages you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the information contained in your communication.
HEALTH PROFESSIONALS: Access to some of the functionality, Web Pages or parts thereof that are intended exclusively for use by health professionals (medical practitioners, pharmacists, nurses etc.) is subject to users entering certain personal information before they can be granted a password; this precaution is intended to ensure the quality, security and safe use of the Web Pages as much as reasonably possible. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, which should be true and complete. We shall use all available legal means to prosecute acts of entering false information. Once granted a password which allows access to the services specified above, you will be solely responsible for its proper use. You must not disclose the password to anyone and make sure that your access rights cannot be used by unauthorized third parties. You must also inform CANA S.A. as soon as you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your access rights. We are not liable for any damage resulting from the arbitrary use of a password by unauthorized third parties or persons who are not health professionals, and we reserve all our legal rights in case we suffer any damage from such use. We also reserve the rights to refuse to grant a password and to withdraw the access rights of a password that has already been granted should any unauthorized use, including use by persons who are not health professionals, is brought to our attention.
SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA: We do not keep records of any sensitive personal data that you may make known to us in any way via the Web Pages, such as your state of health.
OTHER PERSONAL DATA: We collect and process non-sensitive personal data entered into forms or sent by email, such as your full name, contact and employment details, but only if you do provide such data. By providing such data you consent to the collection and processing thereof. We collect and process such data for the sole purpose of ensuring the secure and optimal use of the Web Pages, as well as for statistical purposes.
We shall not disclose your personal data to third parties without your written permission, and we shall not use it for any purpose other than the ones stated above.
We record Web Page access requests and the number of visitors to each Page for statistical and security purposes. However, we keep no records that could identify individual visitors. By browsing the Web Pages you consent to the collection and processing of such data.

UNDER-AGE PERSONS: The Web Pages are intended for use by adults only. We do not knowingly collect user data that belongs or relates to under-age persons.
CONTACTING USERS: We may contact you if you have voluntarily entered your contact details, in order to inform you about our products, services, or products and services of our business partners that may be of interest to you, but only if you have granted us permission to do so by completing the relevant data field. UNLAWFUL USE: Use of the Web Pages to transmit defamatory, offensive or threatening material, or material that violates the rights of third parties, and transmitting messages with similar content are prohibited. We shall use all available legal means to prosecute all such cases of use and transmission.
INDEMNITY: You agree to indemnify CANA S.A., its management and employees against any damage suffered or expenses incurred thereof as a consequence of any unauthorized use you make of the Web Pages or any infringement you make of these Terms of Use. You also agree to provide all necessary assistance to the persons specified above in order to deal with relevant claims that may arise as a result.
PARTIAL INVALIDITY: The infeasibility of any clause in these Terms of Use in part or whole does not affect the validity and applicability of the remaining clauses.
EXERCISE OF RIGHTS: Not exercising a right or rights that these Terms of Use grant to us does not relinquish these said rights nor imply that we have relinquished said rights. We reserve the right to ask that we be indemnified for each and every case of damage we may suffer as a result of Web Page use that violates these Terms of Use or the law.
INTERPRETATION: Clause headings in these Terms of Use are merely intended to assist you and do not in any way affect the interpretation of the clauses. The position of any one Term of Use within a specific clause, as well as the positioning of that clause relative to other clauses, do not affect the interpretation of said Term.
TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION – APPLICABLE LAW: The Web Pages have been created in conformance with Greek law and are intended for use only within the territory of Greece. These Terms of Use and every amendment thereof are subject to Greek law. Any disputes arising out of the use of the Web Pages are subject to Greek law and shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
